Das Alter eines Fahrers hängt oft unmittelbar mit der Dauer des Führerscheinbesitzes und der Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fahrzeugen zusammen.

Für Fahrzeuge des A und A0 Segments (Audi A1, A3, A3 Cabrio, Q2 und Q3) gilt Mindestalter 21 Jahre und 1 Jahr Führerscheinbesitz

Für alle Fahrzeuge des B, C und D Segments (Audi A4, A5, 5 Cabriolet, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7, Q8, e-tron, TT) gilt Mindestalter 23 Jahre und 3 Jahre Führerscheinbesitz

Der Mieter und bis zu 3 kostenfreie Zusatzfahrer sind berechtigt das Fahrzeug zu fahren.
Zusatzfahrer kannst Du vor Ort hinzubuchen lassen, wenn Du den reservierten Mietwagen in der Station abholst. Jeder Zusatzfahrer wird im Mietvertrag erfasst und als Fahrer hinterlegt. Hierfür wird jeweils der gültige Führerschein sowie Personalausweis bzw. Reisepass benötigt. Diese Dokumente müssen persönlich oder durch den Mieter bei der Abholung des Mietwagens vorgelegt werden.

Das Besondere an Audi on demand ist, dass Du dir stets sicher sein kannst, dass Du genau das Fahrzeug erhältst, das Du gebucht hast. Natürlich kann es in Ausnahmefällen zu Änderungen kommen. In diesem Fall kontaktieren wir dich jedoch rechtzeitig und bieten dir eine Alternative an.

Die Fahrzeugübergabe und -rücknahme erfolgt stets durch einen Mitarbeiter von Audi on demand. Dieser wird deinen Führerschein verifizieren und dir den Schlüssel aushändigen. Außerdem werden dir Details zu deinem Audi erklärt und offene Fragen beantwortet.

Der Preis von Audi on demand beinhaltet die Fahrzeugmiete sowie sämtliche Freikilometer und einer Vollkaskoversicherung mit Selbstbeteiligung. Diese findest du folgend:

Das Fahrzeug wird mit vollem Tank an dich übergeben. Wir bitten dich das Fahrzeug vollgetankt bei Rückgabe abzugeben. Solltest Du dies zeitlich nicht schaffen, betanken wir das Fahrzeug für dich und verrechnen dir die Kosten für den Tankvorgang in einer Zweitrechnung. Bei e-tron Modellen erfolgt eine separate Vereinbarung. Weitere Informationen findest Du im Mietvertrag.

Im Falle eines durch den Endkunden während der Audi on demand Mietzeit verursachten Schadens behält sich AUDI vor, dem Endkunden einen Selbstbehalt pro Schadensfall zu berechnen.

Für das Fahrzeug besteht ein Versicherungsschutz gemäß den Grundsätzen einer Voll- und Teilkaskoversicherung (siehe hierzu § 12 Ziffer 2 des Mietvertrags). Der Selbstbehalt des Mieters je Schadensfall errechnet sich aus der nachstehenden Tabelle:

Bei Audi on demand zahlst Du per Kreditkarte. Nach jeder Buchung wird nutzungsabhängig eine Rechnung an dich per E-Mail versendet. Wir behalten uns vor, dir im Schadensfall nach Prüfung des Fahrzeuges, bei Ordnungswidrigkeiten und bei anfallende Tankkosten, eine separate Rechnung zukommen zu lassen.

Derzeit bieten wir keine Gutscheine an. Sollte sich dies ändern, werden wir dir dies zeitnah mitteilen.

Audi stellt den Mieter nach den Grundsätzen einer Vollkaskoversicherung mit einer Selbstbeteiligung in der im Audi on demand Fahrzeug-Mietvertrag vereinbarten Höhe frei. Nach den Grundsätzen einer Vollkaskoversicherung besteht insbesondere kein Versicherungsschutz für Schäden, die der Mieter vorsätzlich herbeiführt. Bei grob fahrlässiger Herbeiführung des Schadens, ist Audi nach den Grundsätzen einer Vollkaskoversicherung berechtigt, die Versicherungsleistungen in einem der Schwere des mieterseitigen Verschuldens entsprechenden Verhältnisses zu kürzen. Ferner besteht für das Fahrzeug eine Kraftfahrzeug-Haftpflichtversicherung, die den Vorgaben des PflVG entspricht.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Lage können bis einschließlich 19.04.* keine neuen Audi on demand Buchungen bei Handelsbetrieben getätigt werden. Bereits bestehende Buchungen und Reservierungen können nach heutigem Stand ganz normal abgewickelt werden. Eine Buchung bei unserem Kooperationspartner Sixt ist weiterhin möglich. Du kannst jederzeit davon ausgehen, dass wir Fahrten nicht zur Verfügung stellen, wenn für dich als Kunde oder für unsere Mitarbeiter dadurch ein nicht zumutbares Risiko entstehen würde. Wir beobachten die Lage kontinuierlich und setzen gewissenhaft die Vorsichtsmaßnahmen gegen eine potenzielle Ausbreitung des Coronavirus um.

Sollte es die Situation erfordern (z.B. durch die Notwendigkeit von Quarantänemaßnahmen), behalten wir uns vor, die Buchungssperre einzelner oder aller Stationen zum Wohle unserer Kunden und Mitarbeiter zu verlängern. Diesbezüglich halten wir dich selbstverständlich auf dem Laufenden und informieren Dich rechtzeitig über die Entwicklung nach dem 19.04.

Bis einschließlich 19.04. können keine neuen Audi on demand Buchungen bei Handelsbetrieben getätigt werden. Das heißt, Du kannst auch keine Mietwagenreservierung tätigen. Sollte sich daran etwas ändern, informieren wir dich umgehend an dieser Stelle.

Wie bei Audi on demand üblich, kannst Du kostenfrei eine Änderung oder Stornierung deiner Reservierung vornehmen. Je nach Buchungslage wird unser Kundenservice versuchen, deinem Wunsch nachzukommen.

Unsere Mietfahrzeuge werden in der Regel von zahlreichen Menschen benutzt - das liegt in der Natur der Sache. Umso wichtiger ist es uns, unter den besonderen Umständen unsere bestehenden und zuverlässigen Reinigungstechniken der Fahrzeuge zu intensivieren. Insbesondere achten wir darauf, die Stellen zu reinigen und zu desinfizieren, die häufig von Menschen berührt werden, wie Lenkräder, Türgriffe und andere Oberflächen im Fahrzeuginnenraum.

Neben den Fahrzeugen selbst desinfizieren wir selbstverständlich auch die Schlüssel und alle weiteren Gegenstände, mit denen Du als Kunde in Berührung kommen kannst. Stationen und Einrichtungen werden ebenfalls häufig und regelmäßig mit Desinfektionsmitteln gereinigt und wir halten unsere Mitarbeiter dazu an, auf häufiges und richtiges Händewaschen zu achten.

FAQs for UK

At present, the service in the UK is only available in a few locations – Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle and Oldham – within a 30 minutes’ drive time of each dealership. We are expanding the service to more cities throughout the year. Register today and we will update you when we open Audi on demand in locations.

The minimum age to drive an Audi on demand vehicle is 21 or 25 years, depending on the insurance group of the vehicle. The driver (considered to be the person that books a vehicle) must also hold a full and valid driving licence and meet our insurance criteria. For full details, please visit the insurance section.

First you will need to register by clicking “Register/Log in” at the top of this page. You will need to provide mandatory information including your driving licence and payment card details. After registration, you will be able to check availability and prices of the Audi on demand fleet. You will also need to activate your account by clicking the link in the activation e-mail that will be sent to you.

On first log-in you will see the following pop-up screen (see screenshot) listing all existing public hubs. You need to select one.

You can request the car to be delivered at the start of your booking with 24 hours’ notice and collected at the end of your booking, at no extra charge. Our delivery zone is a 30 minutes‘ drive time from your chosen hub. And you can, of course, collect or drop off the vehicle at your chosen hub if you wish.

No, Audi on demand vehicles are only insured for driving within the mainland UK and cannot currently be driven outside of the mainland UK.

All Audi on demand vehicles come with unlimited mileage.

No, all Audi on demand vehicles are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of up to £150.00 (incl. VAT) may be applied to the cost of a rental, should this policy be violated.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in Audi on demand vehicles.

When you start your booking the vehicle will have a full tank of fuel. It is up to you to choose to refuel the vehicle or alternatively, our concierge service can do this for you and we will charge for the fuel at market rate. There is no additional service charge for this.

It is up to you to choose to refuel the vehicle to the same level that you received the car with before the end of your booking.

Alternatively, our concierge service can do this for you and we will add the fuel charge at market rate to the invoice after return of the vehicle. There is no additional service charge for this. The cost per litre for fuel will be recorded at the point of refuelling and can be made available to you on request.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer any accessories with your vehicle. We ask all our customers to make their own arrangements for child seats and other accessories, if required.

You are responsible for equipment that comes with your vehicle including; the keys, handbook and first aid kit and there will be a cost of replacing any damaged, lost or missing items included with your vehicle. Please refer to the Rental Agreement for more detail.

Marketing preferences can be managed in the webapp under My Account > News from Audi on demand.

Please email your request to data@audimobility.com along with your name, address, telephone number and email. This information is required for accurate identification process.

First, register by creating an account by clicking on 'Register/Log-in' at the top of the page. Enter all of the mandatory information including your full name, credit card and driving licence details. This information will be used later to confirm your booking by checking your driving licence with the DVLA (for UK driving licences).

To complete your registration, you will receive an e-mail to the account you registered with, asking you to confirm your registration. Then you will need to open the e-mail, click the link, log-in and select your relevant “zone” which is the city/location you want to drive your Audi.

Once logged in, choose your dates, select an available Audi and let us know if you would like the vehicle to be delivered at the start of your booking and collected at the end of your booking at an address within a 30 minutes’ drive time of your chosen hub. Please enter post codes into the request to allow us to confirm your delivery and collection quickly. You can, of course, collect or drop off the vehicle at your chosen hub if you wish.

After making your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. In the ‘My Bookings‘ page in your online account, the start and end times of your reserved vehicle will also appear. If you have requested vehicle delivery at the start of your booking and collection at the end of your booking, the Audi on demand team will review your requirements and confirm the arrangements in a separate email.

On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your booking, a member of the Audi on demand team will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

We accept European and International full, valid driving licences. You will still however be required to meet our insurance criteria to use the Audi on demand service. Please be prepared to present your driving licence at the point of handover, together with a second form of ID such as a passport or ID card.

If you would like your vehicle delivered by an Audi on demand concierge, the booking will need to be made at least 24 hours prior to your desired start time. Otherwise, you can collect a vehicle from us at your chosen hub in as little as 30 minutes from the point of booking.

You can book with Audi on demand up to 12 weeks ahead to allow you to plan ahead.

All collection, deliveries and returns must be within the operational hours of your chosen hub. These can be found for your information in the contact us page and on the booking page next to the calendar. You will not be able to select a booking slot outside of the working hours of your chosen hub.

The minimum booking time can differ by hub. Currently, the minimum booking time is 1 hour. However when you place a booking for 8 hours or more, you will be charged the daily rate.

You can reserve an Audi on demand vehicle for up to 28 days. The start time can be booked for up to 12 weeks ahead.

Click on 'Register/Log-in' at the top of the page, enter your log in credentials and then select 'My Bookings' on the right hand side of the page. This page will show you all current, recent and cancelled bookings.

If you click on a confirmed booking, it will give you all the details of your vehicle, start and end time. It will also record any delivery requests made, although please note that this is only a request and confirmation will be made separately via email. Your booking code will also be displayed here and you will need to present this when receiving your car. Please note that the code will expire 30 minutes after the arranged start time.

If you want to amend your booking, please contact the Audi on demand team of your chosen hub and we will try our best to accommodate your request. No. For insurance purposes, all bookings for Audi on demand must be made by the driver registered with Audi on demand.

It is assumed that all cars booked will be collected from and returned to your chosen hub (Audi dealership), unless delivery at the start and/or end of your booking was requested. Please ensure you provide the postcode of the address(es) for delivery to allow us to process your request quickly.

Delivery and collection by our concierge service is free of charge within a 30 minutes’ drive time of your chosen hub. (At point of booking and selecting a delivery address, you will be presented with a map of the delivery zone at your chosen hub).

However, reasonable 'out of zone' delivery and collection requests will be considered. Please note that such deliveries and collections may incur a charge of up to £25 (incl. VAT) each way.

A member of our Audi on demand team will meet you with the vehicle. They will check your driving licence, allow you to review and agree to the vehicle’s condition, scan your QR booking code and hand you the keys.

We will also give you a quick tour of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have before you drive away.

This all takes place in a matter of minutes so you can be on your way quickly.

You will need to show either a printed or electronic copy of your booking confirmation email, or the confirmation within 'My Bookings' in your account.

In addition, please be advised to bring the following identification documents with you:
– Passport
– Driving licence
– Utility bill (dated in the last 3 months)
– The bank card used to book online

Please bring along a second form of ID if you have changed your name on your driving licence since booking. If you have a European or International driver’s licence, you may also be required to provide a second form of ID, such as a passport or ID card, showing your name and date of birth.

Unfortunately, without your driver’s licence we are unable to handover the vehicle

The paper counterpart to the UK driver's licence was abolished on 8th June 2015. You will therefore not be required to present this when collecting your vehicle.

This might be due to your email provider, in particular Gmail, blocking QR codes from being displayed in emails. Don’t worry; your confirmation email will also include a numerical format of the QR code which the concierge can use to activate the booking on their device.

If you think you may be held up, just let us know as soon as possible by calling your chosen hub on the number provided below.

Please note, that if you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking code will expire and we will be unable to handover the vehicle to you without re-booking.

The minimum reservation price is for one hour. The daily reservation price varies by the vehicle selected and the number of hours/days selected. When you reserve for multiple days, the daily reservation price may be reduced.

The total price of your booking will be shown for you to review before you book.

To guarantee your booking, a hold will be placed on your registered payment card up to 72 hours ahead of your booking start time.

The total value of the hold is the estimated total hire charge for the period, as identified on your booking confirmation, plus the insurance excess, which is either £250, £500 or £1000 depending on the vehicle and the driver’s age. For more information, please visit the insurance section.

Your reservation includes your chosen Audi model for the time and dates that you have booked, concierge delivery and collection service (if required and confirmed), unlimited mileage, 24 hour Audi Roadside Assistance and fully comprehensive insurance. You are responsible for the cost of fuel, toll and parking charges and any fines received (e.g. speeding, parking) for the duration of your booking. You are also responsible for any damage caused and not covered by the insurance.

We accept VISA and Mastercard credit cards as well as VISA debit. All payments for Audi on demand will be debited from the payment card that you register on your account. It is possible to update this payment card information online at any time under ‘My Account’ once.

We will debit the payment card registered on your account following return of the vehicle. An invoice will be issued to you via email up to 3 working days after return of the vehicle confirming the exact amount, including the total hire charged based on the time and vehicle used, the associated fuel charge (if any) and any applicable fees (for example relating to late return charges or out of zone deliveries).

If any damage was incurred during your booking, this will be evaluated by your chosen hub and a separate invoice will be raised up to 30 days following the end time of your booking confirming the amount owed (if any).

In most cases, you will be contacted directly by the relevant local authority if you picked up any fines from parking or traffic infringements. Otherwise, you will be contacted by the Audi on demand team.

If you have a driving licence issued from an English, Scottish or Welsh authority then an automated driving license check will be carried out during the online booking process to ensure that you meet the insurance criteria.

If you have a European or International driving licence, you will be required to provide a second form of ID such as a passport or ID card and be asked to confirm that you meet the insurance criteria during the handover process

Unfortunately, the Audi on demand service is not available to you if you have more than 8 penalty points on your driving licence.

You must also:
- be a minimum age of 21 or 25 years, depending on the insurance group of the vehicle.
- have held a full and valid driving licence applicable to the vehicle for not less than twelve (12) months
- not have received a driving ban within the last three (3) years;
- have had no more than two (2) at-fault insurance claims in the last three (3) years
- not have any pending prosecutions or police enquiries not fall within any of the following professional restrictions:
・entertainers;
・non-UK armed forces;
・students;
・sports personnel (whether professional, semi-professional or a full time amateur).

The minimum age to drive an Audi on demand vehicle is 21 or 25 years, depending on the insurance group of the vehicle. The driver (considered to be the person that books the vehicle) must also hold a full and valid driving licence and meet our insurance company’s criteria. Drivers must present their driver’s licences at the Dealership for verification.

You can book an Audi on demand vehicle for up to 28 days. The start time can be booked up to four weeks ahead.

If you click on a confirmed booking, it will give you all the details of your vehicle, start and end time. It will also record any delivery requests made, although please note that this is only a request and confirmation will be made separately via email. Your booking code will also be displayed here and you will need to present this when receiving your car.

A member of our Audi on demand team will meet you with the vehicle. They will check your driving licence, your personal identity (NIF/NIE), allow you to review and agree to the vehicle’s condition, scan your QR booking code and hand you the keys.

We will also give you a quick tour of the vehicle and answer any questions you may have before you drive away.

This all takes place in a matter of minutes so you can be on your way quickly.

You will need to show your driver’s licence and either a printed or electronic copy of your booking confirmation email, or the confirmation within 'My Bookings' in your account.
