The age of a driver is often directly related to the duration of the license and the experience of handling vehicles.

For vehicles of the A and A0 segment (A1, A3, A3 convertible, Q2 and Q3), the minimum age is 21 years and 1 year driving license ownership

For all vehicles of the B, C and D segment (Audi A4, A5, 5 Cabriolet, A6, A7, A8, Q5, Q7, Q8, e-tron, TT) the minimum age is 23 years and 3 years driving license possession

For all S- and RS models (TTS, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8, SQ2, SQ5, SQ7, SQ8 as well as TT RS RS 3, RS 4, RS 5, RS 6, RS 7, RSQ 3, RS Q8, R8) is a minimum age of 25 years and at least 3 years driving license possession.

The opening times vary depending on your preferred hub. You can find out the opening times during the booking process or by contacting our customer service, by calling+49 (0) 841 88 6 44 88 or via mail audiondemand@audi.de, Monday – Friday 06:00 – 19:00.

The renter and up to 3 additional drivers are included in your Audi on demand rate and allowed to drive the vehicle. Nevertheless additional drivers are only allowed to drive the vehicle when the renter is present.

Additional drivers need to be stated during the pick up at your hub. All additional drivers will be included in your rental agreement. Therefore, a valid driver’s license and ID document are necessary.

Audi on demand vehicles can be driven in Europe. This includes the following countries:

Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein

No, Audi on demand includes unlimited milage.

No, smoking is not allowed in Audi on demand vehicles.

Generally, animals are not permitted in Audi on demand vehicles.

We invite you to take a look at our current Audi on demand fleet on our website. To book and drive a vehicle, however, it is necessary to register on the website. You will then be granted access to your personal Audi on demand log in and booking area.

The special thing about Audi on demand is that you know exactly which vehicle you are reserving. And this is exactly the vehicle you get. Of course, changes can occur in exceptional cases. If this does happen, we will contact you in good time and offer you an alternative.

Vehicles can only be picked up and returned during our opening times.

All Audi on demand vehicles are handed over and returned at your chosen hub.

Yes, vehicle pick up and return will be carried out by an Audi on demand agent with you. It is necessary to meet one of our agents to verify your driver’s license and to give you the keys of your Audi on demand vehicle. The agent will explain your Audi in detail and answer any questions you may have.

Audi on demand is charged on a daily basis. For weekends we offer a discounted weekend price.

At our hubs in Ingolstadt and Heilbronn customers are charged per hour. If customers rent the vehicle for more than 8 hours we charge the daily rate.

All prices are shown on our website www.audiondemand.de.

The price of Audi on demand vehicles includes the vehicle rental and unlimited mileage and a fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible amount. The Audi on demand vehicle is handed over to you with a full fuel tank. On vehicle return you have to bring it back with a full fuel tank. All additional costs for fuel have to be paid by the hirer. For e-trons there is a separate agreement. Details are stated in your rental agreement.

In the event of damage caused by the end customer during the Audi on demand rental period, AUDI reserves the right to charge the end customer a deductible per claim.

The vehicle is covered by insurance in accordance with the principles of full and partial insurance (see § 12 (2) of the rental agreement). The lessee's deductible per claim is calculated from the following table:

With Audi on demand you pay by credit card and the amount of the estimated rental price will be charged immediately after the booking is made. If the rental price changes after your booking has been completed, we will adjust your invoice according to the rental period actually used. So you only pay for what you actually used. If you cannot start your journey as planned, we will of course reimburse you for the rental price. We reserve the right to send you a separate invoice in the event of damage after checking the vehicle, in the event of administrative offenses and fuel costs incurred.

At present it is not possible to buy vouchers for Audi on demand. If we change the system, we will communicate on our website.

Audi indemnifies the hirer in accordance with the principles of a fully comprehensive insurance with a deductible amount as stated in the Audi on demand vehicle rental agreement. In accordance with the principles of fully comprehensive insurance, there is in particular no protection for damage wilfully caused by the hirer. If damage is caused by gross negligence, Audi shall be entitled, in accordance with the principles of fully comprehensive insurance, to reduce the insurance benefits proportional to the severity of the hirer’s culpability. The vehicle is also covered by a motor vehicle liability insurance in accordance with the provisions of the PflVG (compulsory insurance law).

Our rental vehicles are generally used by a large number of people - that's in the nature of things. It is all the more important to us to intensify our existing and reliable cleaning techniques for vehicles under the special circumstances. In particular, we take care to clean and disinfect the areas that are frequently touched by people, such as steering wheels, door handles and other surfaces in the vehicle interior.

In addition to the vehicles themselves, we of course also disinfect the keys and all other objects that you as a customer may come into contact with. Wards and facilities are also cleaned frequently and regularly with disinfectants, and we encourage our employees to ensure that their hands are washed frequently and correctly.
